The tree-shaded garden and small pool offer a haven of peace in the midst of the craziness of the centro storico. The elegant 19th century villa houses 19 comfortable rooms done out in a modern classic style with cool, tiled floors and super-smart bathrooms. Some have direct access to the garden, but are a bit dark; those in the main villa are sunnier. |

Costantinopoli 104 offers its guests an exclusive service: to relax in a period home originating which from the last decades of the nineteenth century. The villa, on two floors with a terrace, was the property of the Marchese Spinelli, who had it built on a site of a huge monastic complex. The piperno stone entrance of the garden, the crests of the Marchese on the facade and the marblework balustrades are still t a testimony of the antique splendour of the house.
