| The setting of this country hotel, in a national park, is magnificent and there are plenty of outdoorsy things to do. Inside, the style is modern Italian rustic with white walls and colourful ceramics and fabrics. The food is good and there’s a wonderful indoor pool. |

THEY SAY: A stay at the Fattoria Di Vibio offers you the chance to spend time in the most pleasant way possible, walking or horseback riding along the picturesque trails through the woods. The large open air swimming pool (16 x 8 metres) is situated within the grounds of the Fattoria di Vibio, near the Fitness Centre, and looks out over Monte Peglia. All the rooms at the Fattoria have their own services, an independent entrance and are furnished with the traditional simplicity of Umbrian homes.
