“Originally The Ritz, El Palace has been given a complete makeover to restore its 1920s features. While unpretentious and laid back, the hotel is also grand and elegant; beautiful fabrics, chandeliers and paintings are used to create luxurious, classic interiors. The 125 bedrooms are calm with neutral tones and fresh flowers, 12 of which still have their original baths. The Michelin starred restaurant, Caelis serves some of the best food in the city, and the garden restaurant provides a lovely setting for a buffet breakfast with plenty of choice.”
