“Why do people love staying in your hotel?
People love staying at El Palauet Living Barcelona because they get to stay in a Modernista mansion which is part of Barcelona’s history. As we only have six suites and are not open to the general public our guests enjoy the upmost privacy in a central location. Many families enjoy staying with us as they can all stay in the one suite and feel at home.
What is there to do in the area or on site?
At the hotel guests can enjoy our private rooftop terrace and spa where they can enjoy a massage, beauty treatments, use the Finnish sauna, relax in the waterbeds or simply soak up the sun on the terrace. El Palauet Living Barcelona is perfectly placed to see the sights of Barcelona, Gaudí’s Casa Milà is just three blocks south and La Sagrada Familia just 20 minutes walking.
What kind of breakfast do you offer?
We offer three types of breakfast: continental, an egg special and a cured meats special. We also will try and provide anything else the guest would like upon request.
Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally?
We offer two room service menus; one Mediterranean, the other Japanese. Locally there are many great restaurants, why not try Tapas 24 for their modern takes on classic tapas dishes.
Which are your most popular room types, and why?
All our suites are the same size and have the same facilities. Guest enjoy Principal Passeig de Gràica for its large terrace where you can relax and have a drink. Or Atic Tibidabo for it’s beautiful stained glass windows.
What facilities do you have for children and can you fit extra beds in your rooms?
We don’t have any extra beds but we do provide cots for the under 2s. We also have toys and games and can provide a babysitter on request.
What message would you like to give Hotel Guru readers?
For a relaxing stay in a Catalan palace on the chicest boulevard in Barcelona, it has to be El Palauet Living Barcelona.”
