“Behind an attractive Palladian-style exterior just off Verona’s most prestigious shopping street and an easy walk from the Arena, the Accademia offers clean, comfortable accommodation and friendly service. It is a 94 room, four star like many others of its class, but in a town where there are few exceptional hotels, to be little more than adequate is to be one of the best. Its garage is useful in a very crowded town centre.”

“The hotel takes its name from the former Accademia dei Filotimi, founded on the site in 1565 for the education of young noblemen. In 1797 it became an inn with stabling for horses and in 1880 an elegant hotel facing onto Via Mazzini, today the most exclusive shopping street in the heart of Verona.
The location is central: between the Arena, in Piazza Brà, and Piazza delle Erbe, near the house and balcony of Juliet and close to the city's museums and historic churches. The hotel has 94 bedrooms, 6 conference rooms, a restaurant, American bar, and garage. Our management takes pride in the comfort, atmosphere and efficiency of service offered to all guests, whether in Verona for business or pleasure.”
