In pristine condition after a major renovation, the hotel is now all faux marble columns and pretty chandeliers in the breakfast salon, while the rooms are soberly decorated, with the odd old picture enlivening the walls and neat new bathrooms. The decoration recalls the hotel's 19th century roots, and the name recalls the Etente Cordiale.”
