Hotel Review
Denver’s prestigious shopping district is a fitting home for modern Hotel Clio, its earthen-toned, open plan lobby dotted with coffee table books and cosy fireplaces. This is actually one of the cooler spots to hang out in the area come evening, Cherry Creek North not being known for its late night culture (so you can bet on a good night’s sleep, too). You can walk right through to buzzy pan-Latin spot Toro Latin Kitchen & Lounge, highlighting the cuisine of Central and South America: think guacamole and blackened tuna tacos.
Upstairs, you’ve got everything you need to feel at home in even the smallest room types, from lavish linens to a writing desk and a backlit makeup mirror. Many rooms feature push button shades that reveal spectacular views of the Rockies, though The Presidential Suite takes the title for the most visually stunning - a lavish 1,600 sq ft space atop the hotel, with a dining area that sits eight, and gargantuan bathroom boasting a marble five-piece set.
