The King Mini Suite is a popular choice among guests, offering a cozy Belgian linen bench seat sofa, a decorative fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The suite's comfort is elevated by the simplicity and elegance of its furnishings and the soothing atmosphere it provides.
The hotel's restaurant is a highlight, for a light meal or starter we loved the fried cauliflower and the fusilloni cacio e pepe. For something heartier you can't go wrong with the loasted chicken in pomme puree or wild striped bass. The serene ambiance of the porch dining area, offering stunning views of the property, adds to the dining experience.
It's hard to over-sell the property's sprawling 220 acres, which offer a variety of activities including golf on a beautifully designed 9-hole course and relaxing by the saltwater pools. The welcoming and casual approach of the staff adds to the charm of INNESS, making it an unforgetable retreat amidst the picturesque setting of the Catskills and Shawangunk mountain ranges
