Hotel Review
A handy downtown location, stunning views of the Rockies, world-class dining and positioning adjacent to Union Station, with its direct line to the airport? You can’t ask for much more than the newly-rebranded Limelight Hotel Denver offers. The lively terrace is a favourite of those fortifying themselves for a game at the nearby Ball Arena, but if you’d rather retreat to bed you’ll enjoy the super soft bathrobes, on-demand video and complimentary Limelight toiletries. Your dog can join for a cosy night in here, too: pets are welcomed with their very own in-room dog bed and complimentary water bowl.
That said, two of Denver’s stand-out restaurants share this hotel’s building, and are well worth getting dressed for. Citizen Rail is known for wood-fired meats, while Tavernetta (Michelin and James Beard-approved) oozes ‘la dolce vita’ charm.
