Hotel Review
Renovated in 2009, with a spa following shortly after, this cool, glossy hotel might have been just another soulless design-heavy number but for the warmth of its staff and its rather beautiful bedrooms, predominantly of cool grey and glass, but each accented with a bright dash of colour for its egg chair and bed throw. The most elegant of entertainment systems, optical-effect corridors and (unusual) free wi-fi add to the pleasure. The black and white lobby has low seating and a buffet restaurant offering excellent choice.
