“None of the 53 rooms and suites in this classically styled hotel with impressive glass-capped atrium are the same. Some have original frescoes, others 16th-century beamed ceilings, wooden floors or gothic vaults. Redecorated in 2000 by French designer and architect Ann Toulous, it uses strong colours, particularly red, green and blue, and includes a retro cellar restaurant with vibrant pink tablecloths, as well as the cosy, brick walled Kristupo Café. Individual; great location.”

“The Narutis Hotel is located at Pilies street, the main artery of Vilnius Old Town. This building is the architectural monument of 16th century that was specially built as a hotel and was first mentioned in 1581 in the Book of World Cities published in Cologne. The hotel is a member of prestigious collection of luxury, independently-owned hotels – Preferred Boutique and Preferred Hotels Group.
The Narutis Hotel has 53 rooms including 2 Suites with Turkish bath (hamam) and Jacuzzi, also:
•8 Single rooms with single beds 15-26m2
•23 Classic rooms with one double or two separate beds 20-30 m2
•13 Deluxe rooms with one double or two separate beds 25-35 m2
•7 Junior Suites rooms with one double or two separate beds 30-50 m2
Each is stylishly decorated with fine Lithuanian and French furniture, elegant curtains, sumptuous bedspreads, soft carpets, flat-screen satellite TV, pay-TV and individually controlled air-conditioning. Unique frescoes and wall paintings grace the walls, and original 16th-century beam ceilings, timber-framed floors, and gothic vaults add historic touches.
The guest rooms overlook beautiful squares and quiet courtyards, with views of Gediminas’ Castle and the Hill of Three Crosses beyond.
Sophisticated and elegant, the interior design was created by the famous French interior designer Anne Toulous. Warm burgundy and ginger fabrics offset soft and light yellow walls, original 18th-century frescoes, unique paintings and rich details in the cosy lounge chairs and carpet, creating a comfortable, elegant atmosphere. The restaurant seats 40 people, and offers a special menu of regional and international cuisine, and a thoughtfully chosen wine list of different vintages and an exceptional champagne list. The restaurant’s dining-room is an ideal place to host small gatherings to celebrate family, social and business occasions.
The 16th-century Cellar serves a superb breakfast. This elegant and discreet haven at the Narutis Hotel is a great place to start a busy day with an energy-filled breakfast.
The restaurant can also serve a venue for all sorts of parties and private dining.
Meetings & Banquets
The Narutis Hotel is a wonderful place to meet and celebrate. The Hotel has three well-equipped halls (Columns Hall, Arches Hall and Hearth Lounge) and is the perfect venue for business conferences and meetings, private parties, banquets or less formal luncheons and welcome dinners from 5 to 120 people. The hotel has the most beautiful banqueting & meeting rooms in Vilnius and also offers the latest technology and Wi-Fi.
The hotel has a luxurious health and leisure centre. In its 16th-century cellars, you can find a newly renovated urban oasis: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath (hamam), as well as a special massage parlour. A traditional or relaxing massage can be ordered. The hotel will do its utmost to meet all its customers’ requirements.
The Narutis Hotel, the oldest hotel in Vilnius and one of the oldest in Eastern Europe, is situated in the very heart of the Old town, in a 16th-century building which was first recorded in the Book of World Cities, published in Cologne in 1581, as a place for an overnight stay.
In 1997, this 15th and 16th-century architectural treasure, with its harmonious unity of gothic, classical and historicist styles, was renovated to such perfection that it set new standards for Vilnius’ Old Town.
The gothic cellars, which now house an acclaimed restaurant, were cleared down to the 16th-century floor level. The renovated courtyard, complete with atrium and panoramic elevator, serves as an ideal venue for business meetings and relaxation.”
