“The watchword of this nine-bedroom B&B is indulgence: most of its rooms boast a giant round bed, elevated bathtub and modern glass-sided shower in the same living space, making this a luxurious retreat aimed at honeymooners and loved-up couples. The décor is best summed up as ‘quirky opulence’; a blend of sleek and antique that includes old mosaic floors, bare plaster walls, outsized sofas, velvety throws and hi-spec options for music, lighting and even showering, with side water sprays as well as an overhead shower. A well-stocked minibar, LUSH bath products and the opportunity to watch TV from the comfort of a hot bath means it’s tempting to ignore the lure of the Roman sights nearby. A friendly concierge is eager to give advice and recommendations and ensure the custom breakfast meets your desires. An oasis of indulgence amidst the bustle of the city, Suite Sistina deserves to be magnet to travellers seeking a romantic break.”

“Why do people love staying in your hotel? Our guests love to stay with us because we are unusual, both for the decoration of the room and for the ambience you feel when you enter our suites. The attention to detail and warm hospitality are a plus that guests often acknowledge.
What is there to do in the area? We are located in the city centre, near the main attractions: Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Barberini and the commercial luxury area of Via dei Condotti and Via del Babuino.
What kind of breakfast do you offer? We offer a wide range of choice: both continental breakfast and typical Italian with wonderful cappuccinos! Breakfast is served in your rooms at a time of your choosing.
Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally? We can arrange romantic dinners in your room, from a range of different local restaurants which deliver them on site. We have a long list of local restaurants which we recommend and which is constantly updated.
Which are your most popular room types, and why? Our new "Frammenti di Stella" Royal Suite is one of the most requested rooms for its private spa, spaciousness (70 square meters) and the feeling of living in a bright star. Also the Presidential Suite "Luna nel Pozzo" with its 19th century mosaic floor, its private room for romantic dinners and its sparkling bathtub. And last, but not least, our little gem, Executive Suite "Tutta Tonda" also described as a lovers nest, because of its brick arcs and beams which frame the bath tub.
What message would you like to give Hotel Guru readers? We want to tell them to go beyond their fantasy and make it real by staying with us!”
