The Devonshire Arms Hotel and Spa Yorkshire (Bolton Abbey)

“The former Coaching Inn on the Duke of Devonshire's Bolton Abbey estate is now a romantic hideaway spa hotel. Classic rooms exude comfort and style. 4 AA Rosette fine dining, a brasserie, indoor pool and stunning parkland setting makes this a popular place for families, wedding parties and romance.”

“Rambling and full of character, this fine country house hotel enjoys a ravishing setting in natural parkland with a delightful Italian box garden and long views over unspoilt countryside. For dinner, choose between two restaurants (the 4 AA Rosette Burlington or the bustling, contemporary brasserie) before heading for one of the imaginatively decorated bedrooms. For romantics, there’s a room with a polished steel bath for two; for relaxation, make for the spa. And there's parking for your helicopter too.”
