Hotel Overview

“Formerly known as Fritton Old Hall, The Fritton Arms has 15th century origins and is believed to have been an inn for smugglers and traders. Having been lovingly and skillfully converted in 2015 it boasts impressive bedrooms and spacious bathrooms on the first floor. On the second floor bedrooms are slightly smaller with beamed rooms, requiring guests to duck and weave a bit. Coloured, patterned fabrics adorn top of the range beds with goose down pillows. Furnished with solid oak antique pieces, decorative glassware, hand-woven rugs and artworks rooms ooze style, charm and most importantly, comfort. The inn’s relaxed character puts the guest more in mind of a friend’s house than an inn. Take a stroll around Fritton Lake, on which the property is located, and reward yourself with a well-earned, hearty meal. From slow braised BBQ pork ribs to champagne dinners or the delectable array of antipasti, dinner is a surprisingly well priced affair. There is a private dining room, an outdoor terrace and a sitting room for residents. An unforgettable family stay! ”
