Hotel Review

“Ideally central for tourists this hotel has a 1960’s architectural front and boasts a luxuriant interior. The lobby and bar are adorned with local Seguso glass from the Murano glass furnace. The restaurant menu is sound by venetian standards. Rooms are opulent and more than comfortable although those at the rear can appear to be in a slight warren. The honeymoon suite at around E15.000 a night is stunning and boasts an impressive guest list. Try for a room that backs onto the Bacino. It’s a great view of a wonderful hub of boating traffic including the singing gondolier. Also lovely views over the Salute church.”
