Hotel Review
A design dream made real. Rooms sit in individual 'cubes' in the hills, crafted from stone, slate, glass and wood. Wooden beams, terracotta floors, coloured walls and art offset cutting edge design. The pool appears as a blue line in the limestone rock, overlooking the pine forest. Open use spaces: a 'playground' offers projection and DJ equipment, and 'el garage' hosts a fireplace and leather chairs to read in. The piece de resistance must be the restaurant, which serves up chef Ruben Amorós 'surprises', notably foie gras cured in salt with pumpkin and apple. It offers many different workshops, most of them original. A unique hotel experience.
