Hotel Review
This is, unashamedly, a hotel for those who like to live large. With almost 400 rooms and suites, it spreads over lush grounds with three outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, plus 24 private villa pools. The Thalassotherapy centre is a big draw. A host of activities, too, including all the usual watersports and a professional-standard tennis club with seven clay courts. The overall design theme is low-rise mock-Minoan, and the rooms are unfussily furnished and neutrally decorated. The somewhat raucous nightlife of Hersonissos and Malia is nearby.
