This beautiful new hotel poses something a bit cooler than your usual gourmet hotel in the region of Lyon. It combines earthy natural design elements with its more traditional structural proportions. Laid-bare stone with sliding glass doors and balconies and minimalist furniture, for example. The kitchen serves cutting edge food, and the chef even tends to his own pigs. The swimming pool is gargantuan. Fantastic.
