Hotel Overview

“At Park Farm House the welcome is warm and the standard of accommodation is simply superb. There are two beautiful bedrooms decorated in subtle style (mainly white with accents of greys and blue), both with ensuites featuring a bath and shower. The accessories are luxury hotel standard - think Egyptian cotton bed linen, smart TV, complimentary Bramley organic toiletries and thick fluffy towels...you will not be disappointed! Breakfast is a hearty affair, with most of the produce locally sourced, and is either served in the bright dining room, cosy kitchen or outside when the weather permits. In addition there's plenty to do here - tennis court, swimming pool, croquet lawn or walks galore! Further afield, Frome is 3 miles away and Bath is only 10 miles up the road. A stunning country B&B which offers a sophisticated stay in a beautiful setting.”

What's Nearby

See What They Say

“Why do your guests love staying with you?
Our guests love staying with us because Park Farm is so peaceful and comfortable. We are surrounded by fields with beautiful views but only minutes from Frome, which was recently voted in the Sunday Times as the best place to live in SW England. We have very easy access to Bath and all the surrounding areas. Guests have commented what a haven we are and love returning to Park Farm after a busy day of sightseeing. We love meeting everyone from all over the world and feel that our guests leave fully relaxed and refreshed.

What is there to do in the area?
There is so much to do and be inspired by locally, too numerous to mention all but here is a little taster!
Nearby Frome is becoming a real foodie haven and on the first Sunday of every month it features the award winning Frome Independent Street Market.
Bath is the more obvious destination with a plethora of things to see and do. Famous as a Georgian City and once the home of Jane Austin it offers so much more, including excellent art galleries, shopping, sporting events and some delightful bars and restaurants.
There are plenty of beautiful walks from the house and we have lots of room to dry muddy boots and coats.
Orchardleigh Golf Course is just down the road and we also have bicycles for hire.
Other things to see would include The Holborn Museum, The American Museum, Hauser & Wirth Gallery and Garden, Dyrham Park, Wilton House and Gardens, Longleat House Gardens and Safari Park, Ilford Gardens (music festival held throughout the summer months), Stourhead, Kilver Court Gardens which also has a designer outlet and the Mulberry factory shop. In addition The Courts Gardens, Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, Wells Cathedral, The Bishops Palace & Gardens

What kind of breakfast do you offer?
We offer a wide range including fresh fruit, home made granola, yoghurt and fruit juices [including our own home made apple juice]. Our cooked options include everything from Avocado and Poached eggs, Smoked Salmon and Scrambled eggs through to a Full English Breakfast with most ingredients sourced locally.

Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally?
We will usually offer afternoon tea and cake or scones on arrival.
There are plenty of good local restaurants and pubs that we recommend in the surrounding areas.

Which are your most popular room types, and why?
We have two good sized double rooms with King size beds and both have, recently fully refurbished, ensuite bathrooms. The views are varied and equally attractive from both Bedroom 1 and 2.

What facilities do you have for children and can you fit extra beds in your rooms ?
We accept children from 12 years old and upwards but don’t have facilities to add extra beds to rooms.”
