Lainston House Hampshire

“Modernised 17th century country house set in lovely parklands. Large rooms with antique furniture, sash windows and some with four poster beds. Excellent award winning cuisine, cosy bar and fragrant gardens. With plenty of countryside activities nearby, it's the perfect romantic luxury escape.”

Photo of Lainston House

“Lainston House, a 17th century former private home, has an almost other-wordly feel, set in beautiful surroundings: Hampshire at its most glorious. The food here is exceptional; modern British food sourced locally (including from Lainston’s own kitchen garden) and the service friendly, knowledgeable and yet unobtrusive. Take a walk around the grounds to see the Chapel, Dovecot, the Topiary garden and the Lime Avenue. A special place: one of those hotels where you feel it is a privilege to stay in such a lovely spot.”
