Nowadays, it is the country outpost of Boisdale, the Belgravia bar and restaurant that specialises in all things Scottish, including fine whiskies and Aberdeen Angus beef. Boisdale’s signature tartan carpets and dark red walls complement the old beams and inglenook fireplaces downstairs, whilst upstairs there are simple bedrooms for overnight stays.
