Asakusa is a little slither of central Tokyo, but one which packs a real punch in terms of history. The main attraction here is the Senso-Ji Buddhist temple, but you'll also find an authentic market and fabulous cherry blossom in season along the Sumida Park. We have a small selection of properties to recommend here, but they'll appeal to a wide audience as they range from traditional ryokans to sophisticated, contemporary stays.
