With its natural springs and beautiful scenery Hakone is a perfect weekend escape from Tokyo. It has long been famous for its onsen and charming traditional ryokan guesthouses, but as accommodation options have increased so has variety, and this is now a great area for five star and luxury hotel accommodation.
