“An impeccably stylish hotel in a listed building with a roof terrace offering great city views. Decadent interiors feature beautiful tiling and sumptuous patterned fabrics, while luxurious rooms have fabulous designer wallpaper and indulgent bathrooms. A superb city bolt-hole for couples.”

Hotel Review

The Heritage Hotel is newly opened yet service shows the same professional standard as any well established hotel. Although dating back to the 20th century, the designer Lorenzo Castillo has transformed the hotel into a luxury modern boutique with plenty of gold, black and beautiful patterns throughout. The location is excellent, particularly if the main tourist attractions are not your primary purpose and it's just a 25-minute drive/taxi to the airport. A short 20-minute walk will deliver you to the heart of Salamanca with its the high-end shopping and great restaurants as well as nearby museums like the Prado. Ask for room #74 which comes with a private terrace. But if you want something simpler, the hotel has a secret terrace to relax in (with bar) and of course a roof-top ‘solarium’ but no gym or pool, unfortunately. The restaurant, Haroma, is led by 2-Michelin star chef, Mario Sandoval who has a restaurant in Madrid, but offers simpler fare here. The service makes the restaurant worth visiting and the upscale tapas is casual but high-quality. The buffet breakfast can be served as room service or in the roof-top garden.
