“A luxury country home full of character. High ceilinged rooms are adorned with chandeliers and four poster beds. The surrounding parkland and gardens are painstakingly up kept. A spa, indoor pool and outdoor plunge pool aid relaxation. The fine dining restaurant is headed by a Michelin Star chef. ”

Hotel Review

Classic country house hotel, superbly run on traditional lines but with two extra dimensions: a fabulous spa and friendly equestrian centre for riding lessons and hacking out over the hotel's vast parkland. Slightly reverential, particularly in the dining-room, but Hywell Jones’s food is exceptional and worthy of serious consideration and now you can contrast the experience by eating in the spa's lively new Brasserie with kitchen open to view. Excellent with children. Lavish decoration in the public rooms plus beautiful, calming bedrooms (don’t disdain the rooms around the pretty courtyard). Very spoiling; great for a family celebration.
