Travel Information

• Fly to Turin Airport, just under 1.5 hours by car from Champoluc, or to Milan Malpensa or Geneva Airport, both around three hours away by road. The Aosta Valley is also within easy reach by train of Paris, Lyon, Geneva, Turin and Basel, amongst other European hubs. Many hotels will be happy to organise a station or airport pick-up in advance.

• The Aosta Valley ski season runs between mid-December and mid-April. Summers are warm, with temperatures edging towards 28°C, so spring and autumn are best for hiking and mountain biking in slightly cooler conditions.
