Iriarte Jauregia is a grown up hotel where everything from the staff, decorations, pictures, furniture, ambience, bar, restaurant, bedrooms, suites etc are carefully styled to make guests' stay as comfortable and special as possible. It’s located in the village of Bidania, in the foothills of the Pyrenees and the heart of the Basque country. A rural location with cows and sheep grazing in the fields, it could almost be described as a hidden valley, but of course, it isn’t as the hotel is well frequented and popular. It’s only 25 minutes by car to San Sebastian and just over an hour to Bilbao, so an ideal position for a mini break with plenty to see nearby. The rooms and suites are generous and comfortable, most with spectacular views over the hills and valley, and bathrooms are up to date. The Bailara Restaurant is the big draw for this hotel, starched white tablecloths and cleverly executed dishes majoring on local produce from the land and sea.
