“A contemporary hotel located just outside the medieval city of Carcassonne. Chic accommodation offers expansive glass sliding doors leading onto a private terrace and garden along with every modern luxury. The restaurant is the real star of the show however, boasting two Michelin stars.”

Le Parc Hotel & La Table de Franck Putelat

In essence, this is a restaurant with rooms – but it’s definitely one at the very top of its game. The two-Michelin-starred restaurant offers original, high-concept dishes and flawless service while the Japanese-inspired rooms are slick and ultra-modern with furnished terraces or balconies.
