Attention to detail lies at the heart of its success, from the immaculate decoration, superbly refurbished in 2007, to the bright, young, well-trained staff. The 73 bedrooms and suites are all large and deeply comfortable, with glossy cherry wood Biedermeier-style furniture and Oriental fabrics that hint at the hotel’s Asian roots. Fabulous views over the red-roofed city are shared by some rooms and the splendid rooftop pool. A five-star hotel in every way.
