Occupying a beautifully restored Maltese townhouse in the heart of Senglea, The Snop House is an intimate boutique retreat that captures the character of Malta's historic Three Cities. Rather than following a standard luxury template, each of the six suites weaves a different story of the island through its bespoke artwork, handcrafted furnishings and subtle references to Malta's landscapes, traditions and maritime heritage. Contemporary comforts sit comfortably alongside original architectural features, creating spaces that feel both elegant and authentic.

Breakfast is served each morning in the peaceful courtyard featuring seasonal produce sourced from nearby Gozo. Throughout the day, guests can relax on the rooftop terrace with a drink from the honesty bar while taking in far reaching Grand Harbour views. Thoughtful extras, including Clarins bath amenities, bathrobes and personalised local recommendations from the guest relations team, add a refined finish to a stay that feels genuinely connected to its surroundings. A comfortable, arty hotel run by a French couple who have long been residents in Malta. It's got just six rooms in a traditional historic area that has barely been touched by tourism, but is only a matter of minutes from all the sights of Birgu (also known as Città Vittoriosa) and Valletta.
