Wonderfully un-Turkish and restrained in its decoration, the Adahan offers a beautiful renovation of a handsome 19th century building, making it into a charming low-key hotel with a lovely rooftop restaurant/bar with spectacular views of the city. Architect and his wife who now run the hotel are an interesting, helpful and welcoming couple. Heartily recommended.
