Hotel Review
Originally built in the 1830’s, The K Club is a beguiling property that was modelled on a château at Louveciennes, to the west of Paris and today has been lovingly extended and restored, while still maintaining some stunning period features. The unusual mansard roof and campanile tower are captivating, as are the acres upon acres of grounds with mature trees that surround the hotel. All of the guestrooms offer stunning views and are furnished with antiques befitting the property, while bathrooms are generous to a fault and feature Natura Bissé products. Activities offered include fishing, Segway tours, kayaking, falconry, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, cycling, and tennis to name but a few. The K Spa is as decadent as you would expect with a 16m pool, a yoga studio and a range of treatments. There are a number of dining options to choose from ranging from classical Irish fine dining to more informal golf course adjacent choices and the Blue Martini cocktail bar is a glamourous affair for pre or post dinner drinks.
