About Sentosa Island

Sentosa Island, just across the bridge from Singapore’s city buzz, is a tropical playground with sea views, beaches and world-class attractions. Think elegant heritage stays near Imbiah, sleek luxury resorts on Tanjong Beach, and family-friendly spots close to Universal Studios. Budget-savvy travellers aren’t left out either, with stylish mid-range options dotted across the island.

Sentosa has something for every kind of traveller, whether you’re here to unwind or chase thrills. If island life to you means sun and sand, you’ll love the golden stretches of Palawan, Tanjong and Siloso beaches, where you can swim in calm lagoons, try your hand at kayaking or sailing, or simply laze beneath the palms with the sea breeze for company. For a change of pace, the island is packed with attractions to keep you busy. Families and adrenaline-junkies flock to Universal Studios Singapore and Adventure Cove Waterpark, while the S.E.A. Aquarium offers a mesmerising look at marine life from around the globe. Madame Tussauds brings a playful side, and Fort Siloso adds a dose of history to round out the mix. Even your stay can be part of the experience—one boutique hotel is set in a beautifully restored former army barracks.
