Hotel Review

Located in a prime position overlooking the waterfront near Brighton Pier, the newly renovated Brighton Harbour Hotel offers sparkling sea views, tantalising seafood, a sumptuous underground spa with pool, comfortable rooms and a team of exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The reception area leads into the popular and atmospheric marble-covered HarBAR with cushioned seating where the mixologist shakes up stinging mocktails alongside an extensive menu of spirit-infused quenchers. Wrapping around the bar is the award-winning Jetty restaurant, a light airy room with bustling open kitchen serving seafood classics and generous breakfasts at tables with sturdy chairs and mustard yellow banquettes. Guests are given rooms decorated with accents of geometric texture and punchy colour and beds luxuriously high off the ground with feather duvets and pillows. The most covetable suites of course look seaward, some with freestanding bathtubs in the window. Further pampering is found in the hotel’s cavernous spa.

Brighton Harbour Hotel, East Sussex

"From many of the rooms at this new hotel the i360 tower can be seen, its viewing pod sliding eerily up and down the striking 162m structure. The blackened remains of West Pier stand out to sea in the foreground, while lights flicker at the end of Brighton’s main pier, towards which scores of tourists stroll beside the biscuit-coloured pebble beach. It’s the perfect setting for a visit to the popular seaside resort, a ten-minute walk from the station."

Brighton Harbour Hotel

"Fabulously decorated bedrooms – many with sea views – and a dreamy location diagonally opposite the pier make this hotel an alluring Brighton option. This is Brighton’s newest seafront property and, rare for the city, its basement spa will feature a sizeable swimming pool."
