“A hip, intimate base in downtown Budapest. Probably the coolest place to stay in the city - think a Soho House for creative types. Regular art and music events, attended by a lively crowd. Uniquely designed rooms and private apartments - parquet floors and modern art. ”

Hotel Review

The coolest place to stay in the city, founded by two friends, an Englishman and a Swede. Brody House, run along Soho House lines, is a private club where creative types, both Hungarian and ex-pat, meet, relax and attend informal talks and art events, but it also offers all comers eight delightful, unusual bedrooms (and a self-catering apartment), each named for the artist whose work is represented within. The fine 19th century mansion, neglected during the Communist regime until now, has high ceilings, parquet floors, contemporary art on the walls, a relaxed, hip, home-from-home atmosphere (breakfast is taken at a large communal table) and panache in spades. We love it.
