Across the bay Mount Vesuvius looms large as you look out from the Caesar Augustus. Whether you're relaxing in the hotel's sublime pool or simply looking out of your bedroom window, it's hard not be struck by the magnificence of the setting. The hotel itself does well to match it's enviable location with beautifully appointed rooms and an impressive Romanesque restaurant. The bedrooms feature wonderful ornate beds, elegant antique furnishings and an excellent array of artwork. The suites boast the best views over the Bay of Naples and also offer plush seating areas to relax in privacy. It's the perfect launchpad for exploring the stunning beauty of Capri but with everything the hotel has to offer, guests will be forgiven if they don't make it past the infinity pool.
