“Incredibly opulent apartment suites drenched in old world Italian romance. Huge oil paintings, taffeta silks, lavish beds, Baroque furniture, antique lighting and romantic pastels covering the walls. Each suite has a kitchenette, private terrace, in-house cook and access to a concierge service. ”

Hotel Review

La Residenza takes you into a bygone era, one of Italian nobility and Baroque romance. Just two enormous suites, one has a connecting room (The Blue Room) for children, have kitchenettes, dressing rooms, private terraces, marble bathrooms, and sitting rooms. Both are bedecked to the hilt with magnificent oil paintings, canopied beds, rich fabrics, and everything else you might expect to see in the home of royalty. The apartments are owned by Princess Letizia Ruspoli, descendant of Napoleon III.

La Residenza Napoleone

You live like a princess in the home of principessa Letizia Ruspoli, who has created two spectacular suites in her family’s historic townhouse. The main suite, where Emperor Napoleon III once stayed, is all opulent chandeliers, oil paintings and museum-quality antiques. A cute rooftop family apartment ices the cake.
