Unassuming Bruntsfield breaks into the boutique hotel game with this Soho House-inspired newcomer that's as much about sociability as bed and board – a case of never mind the threadcount, feel the fun. Big on drinking, eating and hanging out; but don't worry, the bedrooms are pretty good, too.
