“On the edge of Windsor Great Park, this five-star spa hotel offers a peaceful escape from the busy town nearby and is easily reached from London. Set within 40 acres of landscaped grounds, it features a standout spa, seven restaurants and bars, and a range of family-friendly amenities”

Hotel review

The mansion style hotel is just ten minutes from Windsor and the long winding lane leading to the hotel entrance sets the tone for a rural yet luxurious stay. Surrounded by lakes, woodland and beautifully manicured lawns, it stands proud with its royal charm and ultimate luxury.

Despite being in such a classic English countryside setting, the hotel is incredibly modern. Think polished marble floors, sparkling chandeliers, mirrored corridors and slick white sofas. The hotel boasts over 200 rooms and suites each one exuding luxury and many with exquisite views over the surrounding gardens. Amenities in the bedrooms include items such as a welcome fruit platter, Nespresso machines, plush bathrobes and slippers and luxury marble bathrooms.

The award-winning Spa facilities are outstanding with 18 treatment rooms, a Japanese Ashiyu Foot Ritual Bath, a cryotherapy chamber, a Himalayan salt room, rainforest showers and an indoor and outdoor pool. It’s easy to spend the entire day in the lavish spa and still not have experienced it all.

The restaurants and bars range from a tea room, a wellness café and a fine dining experience - relaxed to smart. Families are very welcome with children’s menus and amendments made when necessary. The breakfast buffet is something to behold with an enormous choice of food and drinks to suit all kinds of tastes. Family stays are a key part of the hotel offering with interconnecting rooms, family swim times, memorable activities in school holidays such as a petting zoo, build your own pizza, cookie sessions, marshmallow toasting, outdoor playground and climbing frame. Staff cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and go out of their way to ensure your experience is one to remember. Whether you’re looking for a romantic stay, family getaway or spa retreat, Fairmont Windsor Great Park covers it all.
