The other grand hotel in the hills just outside Palma, with sensational views. More elegant than the Arabella, more Spanish in the decoration of its 164 rooms, though some are very international/contemporary, the Castillo is built around an old castle and the public rooms are quite palatial. And although not sold as a golf hotel (it has considerable conference business) its guests may enjoy access to the same three courses as the Sheraton‘s. If you chose this one for your business meetings or golf holiday it is probably because you want a less American atmosphere. Or you may prefer to have three pools instead of two.
