A ‘boutique’ villa at Mandwa, where the air is clean and the birds sing. It sleeps 12 – guests book the whole villa at weekends or can take just part of it mid-week. The owner will collect guests from the city in his speedboat (a major perk) and from there on it’s your house party – you will be well looked after. The rooms are charming and there are gardens and a pool. The chef is excellent too: you choose the menu, and alcohol is available by arrangement.
