A brilliant location allows visitors to walk or pedal to striking nearby sights, from the iconic Jaffna Public Library to the Dutch and Portuguese-era Fort and more. Savour spiced Northern Sri Lankan specialities at the restaurant, or perch at the rooftop bar for scenic city panoramas — this is, after all, one of Jaffna’s tallest buildings.
