Hotel review

A simply delightful B&B close to the Dordogne. A cobbled courtyard leads to a public space filled with gorgeous arm chairs, exposed wooden beams and soft lighting. Bedrooms are equally charming, with white brick walls and chandeliers. Some with four-posters, and the apartments are set up for self-catering. The Cardinal room is a particularly fabulous. No restaurant, so you'll have to venture into town for supper choices. Closed between mid-October and Easter. Historic and welcoming, it's hard to not feel starry-eyed in this place.
