Why do people love staying in your hotel? Guests tell us they love staying with us because our rooms offer something incredibly rare in New York City—every single guestroom has its own private balcony. Staying in Brooklyn gives travelers the best of both worlds: a lively, local neighborhood atmosphere paired with truly breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline right outside their room. It's a perspective on New York City you simply can't get anywhere else.
What is there to do in the area? Williamsburg is a vibrant area with an independent spirit, and there are plenty of fantastic art galleries, curated boutiques and so much more right on your doorstep.
What kind of breakfast do you offer? Breakfast is available via in-room dining or at our recently opened all day bar & café, Little Fino.
Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally? The William Vale is home to three distinct culinary venues by James Beard Award-winning Chef Andrew Carmellini’s NoHo Hospitality Group: all day bar & café Little Fino, Southern Italian Restaurant Leuca, and Westlight rooftop bar.
Which are your most popular room types, and why? Our most popular room type is the Gotham Corner Suite with Wraparound Balcony. Its expansive 309-square-foot balcony—nearly the size of the suite's interior—offers views in two directions. Inside, guests enjoy a soaking tub framed by a large picture window, made for unwinding and daydreaming. It's a standout option for anyone seeking space and serenity.
What facilities do you have for children and can you fit extra beds in your rooms ? Our Destination Pass includes 20% off single passes to Space Club, a nearby indoor sensory playground that families love. On-property, children can explore our lush, elevated Vale Park, a safe space to roam and enjoy open-air skyline views. While we're unable to add extra beds to our rooms, all of our suite categories include pullout sofabeds, making them ideal for family stays.
What message would you like to give The Hotel Guru readers? Even if you think you've seen New York City, we invite you to experience it from a new vantage point. We like to say you haven't truly been to New York City until you've been to Brooklyn, and we're here to show you why.
