This exceptional hotel set in the rock face with rooms and suites constructed out of vaulted caves inspires the sort of chivalric romance reminiscent of the medieval era. 6 suites and 12 rooms all set in caves with stone laid bare, fireplaces and standalone baths. It's unlike anything you could imagine from a hotel. Somehow it manages to provide excellent food and cooking lessons from its cavernous lair. Wonderful.
