The best hotel in town has stunning views across the bay to the Château Royal. This winter, new owners are renovating the 23 rooms, all of which overlook the sea, as do the hot tub, the swimming pool and La Balette restaurant. Walk to town (five minutes) via the path skirting the harbour.
