• Yacht Boheme Hotel also faces the marina. Stylish suites have cosy beds, big whirlpool tubs and private balconies. The lively bar is good fun; as is the restaurant. An adults-only hotel in the heart of town.

For Tranquility

• The 14 rooms at Yonca Lodge are split between four different houses, set amongst beautiful fruit trees and green lawns. Pick this place for the tranquil, easygoing atmosphere, with sun loungers awaiting guests on the beach, chickens and ducks roaming freely, and a great restaurant specialising in local produce. Relaxed and reasonably priced.

Whitewashed rooms are charming and comfortable, and there are three beaches - one adults-only. The three restaurants, five bars and club are ideal for fun-loving groups of friends. Lovely.

• Ahama, in secluded Günlüklü Bay, is made up of minimalist rooms, suites and cabanas with white linens, pale wooden details and cosy fireplaces. Tour the organic herb garden, savour wine tastings, and feast on freshly caught seafood at four restaurants and five bars. Spa treatments are superb.
• Yazz Collective, reachable only by boat, has striking contemporary suites with earthy-toned linens and Crittall doors revealing rocky garden or ocean views. There are regular yoga classes, an art club, sunset DJ sessions and farm-to-table fare. Fabulous. 
• Kassandra Heritage is a gorgeous honeymoon spot offering seven villas, each boasting its own swimming pool as well as leafy garden views. The Mediterranean restaurant's focus on sustainability is impressive, and the atmosphere wonderfully romantic.
