“A luxury 5 star spa hotel in Glasgow's West End. Its landmark heritage creates an imposing facade. The contemporary interiors and wellness spa have all the modern comforts. The glorious penthouses and many private rooms are ideal for corporate or social entertaining. A chic choice. ”

Hotel Review

The Blythswood represents quirky undiscovered Glasgow at its best. Occupying the eastern end of a pretty Georgian square in the heart of the West End (5 minutes walk to the centre of town), the classical facade leads into a fun and imaginative interior. The hotel is colourful, contemporary and busy. The 100 bedrooms are divided between the old former RAC buildings (which front the square) and a modern extension. They are somewhat dark, but they are smart and stylish with Harris Tweed providing the keynotes and underscoring the hotel’s Scottish heritage. The dinner menu needs a re-think but breakfast is ten-out-of-ten. An ideal hotel for business, or for a weekend away with use of the swanky spa.
