Part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt (the luxury lifestyle collection), the hotel sits right by the Opera Garnier, Palais Royale and the Louvre. Built for the 1855 Paris Exposition due to Napoleon III’s wish to revamp Paris with 'grand hotels', this traditional Haussmann building still carries its original façade and Juliet balconies.Within its vast, impressive edifice are old foyer columns and crisp, modern interiors. A signature variety of colourful artworks pervade along mosaic floors and spacious stairwells. At its heart and very much the hub of the hotel, is the authentic glass-roofed conservatory bar.

Of the 164 rooms and suites, the first and second floors are recommended for their high ceilings. The rooms are all so fresh, light and up-lifting. Each is delicately designed with fabulous finishings, calm, neutral and contemporary white walls, blue highlights and artisan lamps. After a long day, saunter downstairs to the hotel brasserie and watch the world go by. Within this spacious room with its classic interiors, Edith Piaf songs are sung amongst the joyful scene of French dining. An elegant and convenient hotel located at the very epicentre of Parisian tourist attractions.
