'Set in the heart of town, No. 131 is a chic hotel, restaurant and bar. Sam and Georgina Pearman, the owners, modestly call this striking establishment a restaurant with rooms. But it’s also a painstakingly conceived outfit offering relaxing, best-of-British dining and probably the most stylish bedrooms in Cheltenham.'
